Claire aims to provide public and private Vinyasa Yoga classes, workshops, 1-2-1 and small group Yoga tuition for individuals of all levels of practice. The intention is to promote the practice of Yoga throughout the community as a supportive and transformational practice, for physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual health and well-being. 

Claire Benson is RYT 200, registered with the International Yoga Alliance Network and Certified Vinyasa Flow Teacher. She has taught in the UK, Bali, Australia, Singapore & Tokyo.
