Please complete the booking request form carefully and submit. Check that your email address is correct and that you’ve included all necessary information. Please make sure you’ve read through the FAQ page before submitting as this answers most questions. Remember there is also a Pricing guide (linked at the bottom) to give you an idea of approximate cost.

Often emails from us go to junk mail so make sure to check there or add claire@claireverywhere.com to mail contacts to avoid this happening.

Booking Tips: Have images ready to go. I recommend creating a Dropbox file, Pinterest board or Google Drive folder and sharing the link. Make sure the privacy settings are Public and paste the link into the ‘Images’ box. If you can’t do this - you can email the images separately.

Sizing is important!I often have people saying they want a ‘15cm thigh tattoo’ and then showing up wanting an A3 size thigh piece. To make sure you have the right appointment time allocated I recommend taking a piece of A4 paper (any letter lying around the house will do if you don’t have any printer paper) hold the A4 paper to your skin and mark out the area you want to be tattooed and then measure it - to do this you can draw an outline of the tattoo size on the paper, measure and then send me “8cm x 25cm” dimensions etc. For smaller reference, a standard iphone is 15.5cm long and 6.5cm wide.

A deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non refundable and valid for up to 2 years. The minimum deposit amount is $150 and will be more for longer bookings. Please see the deposit information on the FAQ page for more information.
