Deposits are non refundable and you cannot change your design so think carefully before purchasing. Design size and placement is changeable, design elements are not. You can find my deposit policy on my FAQ page.

To help things run smoothly, please let us know in the order notes the placement(s) you are considering. It’s ok if you don’t know yet, just helpful of you do.

Once purchased you will be contacted to arrange an appointment date. Please allow up to a week for confirmed dates. If you haven’t been contacted in that time, please send us an email.
